Spring Cleaning Tips

Sometimes Spring cleaning and organizing can be a hassle. Especially on top of all your other duties as an adult, dad, mom, Wife, husband or anyone in this lifetime and any other lifetime. Sometimes hiring a Pro is not always in the budget, so we added some tips and guides on how to help you complete all of your cleaning and organizing before the end of the season.

  1. Divide all your task by alphabet and work that area for 2-3 days working diligently for about 15 to 30 minutes. for instance spot all the items in your home that begins with A (This can be from A as in Appliances, or A as in individual items like cleaning/changing the Air filters and or cleaning the upholstery on your favorite Armchair.) Put them on a list and start from there and BOOM! You have started your spring cleaning and it did not take much time at all. You can also turn this into a game every time you finish a letter treat yourself with a nice Action movie or what ever floats your boat that starts with the letter A. You Deserve it so enjoy something Awesome!

  2. Have a family? Ask everyone to pitch in. I have a spouse and we have 2 beautiful children ages 5 and 6. For our children's room we pitch in together. Completing one area in our home at a time. Their room is the most challenging with all their toys, clothes, bedding, and shoes. first things first we will empty the space as much as possible as a team removing toy boxes and bins, chairs, and books off the book shelf. This way I can dust and clean the walls and Baseboards, my spouse can deep clean the carpet my little ones will wipe down their book shelves and side tables with a microfiber cloth. while, the carpet finishes drying we will go through the children's toys and books with them. We help them decide what to keep, donate, and throw away. Explaining to them "other children may get to have fun with their old toys" makes them so happy. also, the fact that they may get new ones soon. Once the main bedroom area is completed being cleaned and organized back into its designated areas we start in their closets with the same process. Moving from area to area. USE CAUTION with what you allow children to do and use we would hate for our little ones to get into things that aren't good for them.

  3. Complete as much as you can on your own using the methods above. Then if you do decide to hire a CCOPRO the expense will be less for you and fit better in your budget.

  4. Break up the task for a CCOPRO. You can also break task up to one area at a time to make spring cleaning and Organizing more affordable.

  5. DONT LET YOUR PETS HELP. Comment below if you have a pet that actually helps tidy up. Like putting their toys away or bringing in groceries.
